About me
Psychotherapy is a privilege
to provide and work that I love.
Jennifer Lehr, MA, MFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in Brentwood. She also
runs groups and workshops with a focus on creativity and exploring one's personal mythology. Her work is influenced by
the creative process, spirituality and various theoretical orientations including Gestalt, Jungian, inter-subjectivity, Buddhist
thought and transpersonal psychology. License # MFC 41726
My mission as a therapist is to reduce
suffering and enable others to stand fully in their own power and create fulfilling lives.
We have the power
to create and transform our lives. We can become aware of how we have historically created and currently create our experience.
By altering
our thinking, feelings, and behaviors, and fully honoring our own divinity, we enable our lives to become powerful, joyous
and fulfilling.
